The IME Feederbases were specifically designed for the newspaper industry. The feeder is versitile, user friendly and virtually maintainence free, with speeds up to 16,000 pph handling products up 1/2 inch thick.
IME ON-Line Mailbase will interface with Muller 227 inserters, Muller Stitcher trimmers, Kansa 480 & 760 inserters, along with the Kirk Rudy 512 inserter. The mailbase works with all ink jet and pressure sensitive labeling systems
The NewStack stacker is designed for use on the newspaper or commercial printing industry. It stacks quarterfold, tabloid and broadsheet products running either cut-edge or fold-edge first papers, at speeds up to 45,000 pph with +1-1 approximate counts of 25, 50, 75 or 100.
The ExacStack counting system is designed to function with all products printed be web presses in the newspaper and commercial printing industry. The stacker accepts cut-edge or folded-egde first product and runs quarterfold, tabloid and broadsheet products. The ExacStack web printing press stacker incorporates a precision laser counter and PLC controlls to produce a bundles at the desired preset count at speeds up to 45,000 pph.
The IME VL Label Applicator works with any IME Feederbase or Mailbase and can be retrofitted on any Kansa, Kirk Rudy or Chashire mailbase. Using state-of the-art servo technology the applicator can run variable length labels ranging from 1x3 to 3x3 and larger at speeds up to 40,000 pph.
The P3 Note-Applicator is portable and can be used in on-line and off-line applications. The P3 is the most versitle Note-Applicator on the market with current installations on GMA SLS inserters, Heidelberg 13-72 and 14-72's, Goss 630's, Muller Alphaliners, Biliners and 227's, Muller stitcher trimmers, Kansa 480 and 760's, as well as gripper and presses conveyors.
